To Whom it May Concern,
I am writing this letter to express my satisfaction with Rockwood Kitchens. I moved into a home that was 13 years old, and absolutely loved the house and property, but really wanted and needed an upgraded kitchen and master bathroom. We moved in July of 2012 and looked around at local kitchen renovators and refacers. After setting up an appointment with Tommy we were thrilled to see the 3D image that he designed on his laptop, and we were also thrilled with the price. Tommy gave us great suggestions and was ready to start with the installation the first week of August. We were told that the installation of the cabinetry would take 4 days, and that is exactly how long it took. Ryan the installer, was very friendly and had over 25 years experience in his craft. My kitchen is now much more functional and looks fantastic. I went with a Silestone quartz countertop that looked gorgeous with my dark cabinets. There was enough quartz leftover from my kitchen renovation, that I asked Rockwood to make me a bathroom vanity. Again, they provided a quality product at a very reasonable price, and provided friendly customer service. I would recommend Rockwood Kitchens for quality products at very reasonable prices and great customer service.
