If there is a problem with your order such as a back order or discontinued product you will receive an email indicating the issues and options. Special orders may also take longer to process. You may cancel your order and receive a full refund, provided your order has not been processed. Typically, most orders are processed the same day they are received. Our customer service representatives can inform you of the status of your order and advise you whether or not the order can be cancelled for a full refund. Once an item is processed for shipping, the terms of our Return Policy will take effect.
